Dragonfly Cove on Center Hill Lake is a small, niche development in Smithville, TN located in Middle Tennessee. With a gated entrance situated on scenic Highway 70, Dragonfly Cove is only 3.5 miles east from the center of Smithville and 3.5 miles west from Sligo Marina. The home sites are currently priced from $22K to $99K, depending upon the location and size of the lot. Most of the home sites are at least ½ acre and all have frontage on the main road.
